Thick sheet thermoforming refers to a processing technology that uses thermoplastic sheets as raw materials. The sheets are heated in an oven to a softening temperature, and then, through the positive and negative pressure between the sheet and the thermoforming mold, the thermoplastic sheet is adsorbed onto the working surface of the thermoforming mold and then cooled to form the final shape.
