For planning products, to prevent unqualified products into clients, increase pass rate of products to enhance customer satisfaction, quality department to strictly to all the products tested.
1. Plan incoming inspection operations to ensure the quality of the plant material needed for the production of the required quality.

4.OQC depending on the customer, referring to prospective model and related technical information, sample quality determination.
5.OQC officer shall test results are recorded in the "finished product inspection record", according to test results and refer to MIL-STD-105EII level single sampling standard AQL value table or a corresponding customer AQL value detector determines whether the product qualified, and pay quality Tube supervisor approval.
6. The determination of qualified products need to identify the outer box stamped "PASSED" seal. Unqualified labeled "unqualified" label. Fill unqualified processing unit, to the raw product for processing.
7. Production related processing according to unqualified processing unit, and the results fed back to the quality department.
8. The Department of quality feedback Production re-testing.
9. For the inventory of over 5 months of the finished product, finished product warehouse before shipment must inform the production sector re-test package, and pay staff OQC testing after passing allowed the delivery warehouse.
10.OQC need to use detection equipment, including a micrometer. Vernier caliper. Tape electrostatic instrument.
